Kedarnath, Gandhi Sarovar, Vasuki Tal, Deoria Tal, Tunganath, Chandrashila trek

Hiiiiiii Allllll,
We are conducting Gandhi Sarovar, Chorabali Tal, Deria Tal, Tunganath trek in the first week of October. All r welcome to perticipate. Tentative date of leaving Kolkata is 4th oct 2008. The itineraries are as follows :

Day 1 : Departure from Kolkata in the evening
Day 2 : Train Hardwar
Day 3: Arrival at Hardwar and proceed to Gourikund
Day 4 : Trek to Kedarnath - 14 km
Day 5 : Trek to Gandhi Sarovar ( Chorabali Tal) and back to Kedarnath 3+3= 6 km
Day 6 : Trek to Vasuki Tal and back to Kedarnath; 8+8= 16 km
Day 7 : Trek downhill to Gourikund and proceed to Sari Village via Ukhimath by car
Day 8 : Trek to Deoria Tal - 4 km; nightstay in tents
Day 9 : Rest day at Deoria Tal
Day 10 : Trek downhill up to Sari village- 4 km , proceed to Chopta by car and trek to Tunganth - 4 km.
Day 11 : Trek to Chandrashila for sunrise - 1.5 km, trek downhill to Chopta Ukhimath
Day 12 : Drive to Pauri - Khirsu, night stay at Khirsu
Day 13 : Drive to Hardwar
Day 14 : Departure from Hardwar in morning
Day 15 : Arrival at Kolkata in afternoon.
